Timing and responsiveness
Product was to be delivered at the latest the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to my daughter who is by herself in another state. It came Friday and no one notified us of the delivery but we kept tracking. All the ice was gone. I understand this was a delivery issue but the company promotes the quality of delivery, it is on their website and impacts the quality of the product. Sent comments to the company on 11/27 and got an automated response to expect a response. It is now 12/5 and no response.
