With Eli's Sampler Cheesecake, you'll get a taste of Eli's fan favorites including these delicious flavors: Original Plain, Turtle, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Apple Streusel. Any flavor you choose is the perfect finish to a meal of Lou Malnati's deep dish pizza!

Lou Malnati’s Pizza Cooking Instructions

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
  • Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
  • Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack, or until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
  • If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.

    The post office ruined the first shipment as it arrived two days later then it was supposed to. Taste of Chicago replaced that shipment and everything was excellent! Thank you very much!

    One order recipient delayed but resolved

    My original order was for five people and four were delivered at about the same time. The fifth was somehow missed, and a new order was created and delivered. All five recipients enjoyed their pizzas and cheesecake, which was the most important thing.

    Simply delicious!

    I decided to order this bundle for a date night in (what other kind is there right now) for my wife and I. We love pizza. I was craving deep dish style and thought this was a perfect time to try Lou Malnati's. We waited eagerly for our pie to arrive today and the moment it did we had the oven ready to go. We actually baked it for about an hour - well past the 35 minutes recommended. And it was perfect. Our wife and I only exchanged gleeful glances while we basically ate in silence together tonight. The Eli's was an amazing bonus. We truly felt like we were having a dinner out tonight. We will order this bundle many times more and get it for family too. You can not go wrong with Lou's! It's the best frozen pizza hands down, and easily in my top 5 for pizza from anywhere.

    Great Birthday Gift

    I got my mom this for her birthday. She lives in California and the shipping was on time and there were no problems there! She absolutely loved the cheesecake and was very satisfied with it. Of course she was happy with the pizza I have never met anyone who has been disappointed in a Lou Malnati's pizza! Overall a great buy this is the second time I have bought from here and it won't be the last!
