    Great Experience

    I ordered a food package to be sent to my friend for Christmas. He just so happens to live in Buffalo who got hit with a terrible blizzard right around the time the package was to arrive. Needless to say that package didn't have a chance, as nothing was moving in Buffalo for days. I contacted Tastes of Chicago to see if anything could be done. Denise Ionescu took care of me and had a replacement shipped that arrived without a problem. Her service is very much appreciated.
