    Popcorn

    I placed my order to ship to a P.O. Box. After 1 week of no movement on the order I did some research and learned they don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Why did the system allow me to use a P.O. Box? I spoke to a rep and they updated the address and said it would ship / arrive within 2 days.After 3 phone calls to Tastes of Chicago and 3 weeks of shipping issues my order was finally delivered. Not the best managed system.l and would not recommend for a time sensitive item.

    came in dented

    We ordered 5 tins of Garrett's Chicago Mix popcorn for gifts that we wanted to distribute in our neighborhood. All 5 tins were shipped in one box with no padding, sectioning or bubble wrap. They all got dented. Customer service sent out 5 new tins. They were shipped the SAME WAY!!!! And so all were dented again!! We ended up distributing the least dented tins as gifts because we were running out of time and obviously getting the same results. Upside: the popcorn was delicious. Next time we'll order directly from Garrett's

    Delicious - Now Include the Gift Message

    No complaints about the popcorn at all. Please include the gift message either as a separate card in the box (hint) or PROMINENTLY displayed on the outside of the shipping package. None of my 9 recipients knew from whom the popcorn was sent. Thanks!
