Convenient pan
The one ding is that the pan description said to spread salt out on the bottom and bake for 6 hours and I didn't see that it did much. I searched youtube to see what others did and I found one that seemed to do more. I then gave it one similar seasoning as to cast iron/carbon steel pan and that really helped in the cooking. I only did one seasoning cycle. Obviously using the right amount of oil to cook the pizza seasons it further.
