I'm saving the product for Valentine's Day, but it arrived in perfect shape and exactly on the timeline I ordered it for. There was a snafu with the card I had originally purchased this with, so when the transaction didn't work, one of your rep's called me and very sweetly, professionally alerted me of this. She let me know that Lou's had already sent my product out on good faith and she requested new credit card information, without any attitude or making me feel ashamed. She even took plenty of time explaining the issue to me when I asked, which I appreciated so much. I was a little skeptical that Lou's could recreate the magic that I had while having their pizza in Chicago this summer for the first time. How can a frozen pizza taste the same? Believe me - it did. The first bite took me back to the same emotional experience I had when I was in the city eating the most amazing pizza. I'm not a pizza fan but this pizza is my favorite. I'll order it again and again - and am confident that they will always delivery exceptional quality and taste. Thank you for delivering another fantastic experience with your product.

The pizza was purchased to celebrate our son's 16th birthday. We now life in Springfield, IL but used to live in Skokie. Malnati's was his favorite and he teasingly asked for it for his birthday. It is what he used to ask for and get when we lived up there. My wife went online and saw that she could order it and have it shipped. We loved it. It was a reminder of the good old days in Skokie.
