This Manny's Corned Beef Kit & 2 Lou's Pizzas Combo is packed with:

  • 2 9-inch Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas
  • Two pounds of Manny's signature thinly sliced, pre-cooked corned beef
  • A loaf of rye bread
  • 8 hand-made 3-oz. potato pancakes
  • Manny's special horseradish mustard
Corned Beef
Thaw in refrigerator unopened overnight.
For warm sandwich: Submerse entire unopened package inwarm tap water (not boiling) for 10 minutes.
Separate individual slices to be used.
Refrigerate any unused portions.
Potato Pancakes
Thaw in refrigerator unopened overnight.
Heat at 350° in conventional oven, toaster oven (10-12 minutes) or in frying pan using non-stick spray. Heat until crisp, flipping pancake once. Serve with sour cream and applesauce if desired.
Rye Bread
For best results let thaw completely.
Mustard
Let thaw and shake well.

    Food Starved Relatives in Minnesota

    Sent the Corned Beef, potato pancake, and pizza combo to trans planted relative in Minnesota. These are items that can not be easily found in their area. They told us that the food was excellent and plentiful. It feed six adults and two children with ample left overs. This appears to be an excellent package for any trans planted Chicagoan looking for some home cooking.
