This Manny's Corned Beef Kit is packed with:

  • Two pounds of Manny's signature thinly sliced, pre-cooked corned beef
  • A loaf of rye bread
  • 8 hand-made 3-oz. potato pancakes
  • Manny's special horseradish mustard
Corned Beef

Thaw in refrigerator unopened overnight.
For warm sandwich: Submerse entire unopened package inwarm tap water (not boiling) for 10 minutes.
Separate individual slices to be used.
Refrigerate any unused portions.

Potato Pancakes

Thaw in refrigerator unopened overnight.
Heat at 350° in conventional oven, toaster oven (10-12 minutes) or in frying pan using non-stick spray. Heat until crisp, flipping pancake once. Serve with sour cream and applesauce if desired.

Rye Bread

For best results let thaw completely.

Mustard

Let thaw and shake well.

    A great meal package

    The corned beef was very lean and very good. I loved the addition of the potato pancakes. The only negative is that there does not seem to be an option to add more pancakes.

    I ordered a 2lb. corned beef kit which was a huge hit for our 30th anniversary !Packing was great, if frozen, and featured mustard, rye bread, potato pancakes, and 2 one lb. packs of nice corned beef. Delivery as scheduled.

    Christmas Gift - Manny's Corned Beef Kit

    Kit was delivered in time for Christmas. The recipients (my Aunt & Uncle in NC) told us that unfortunately the meat was extremely fatty. Very disappointing for the mone we spent. We send them Tastes of Chicago every year for at least the past 10 years. We won't be sending this selection again.

    Mother's Day Success

    Much to my parent's dismay, I recently moved to Chicago from New England. They can't understand why I love it so much and don't want to come home, so I thought for Mother's Day I'd try something new and send my Mom a Taste of Chicago! She LOVED the whole experience - from the initial intriguing email with instructions for delivery..to guessing at the contents every day for a week..to the precisely accurate delivery time, and the packaging and labeling which read, Someone Must Really Like You. She texted me pictures of every step opening the contents! And was equally trilled with what was inside! She loved it, and felt really special. So THANK YOU! She's a hard woman to shop for, but has already read through the brochure you provided and said things like, Mmmm I could really go for the Pastrami. And that key lime pie! Did you know they can send steak and peppers?! How would they do that?! So it was a win! I will be back.

    Amazing As Expected

    Can't believe I haven't ordered sooner to get my fix of Manny's corned beef and potato pancakes. Only thing missing is some split pea soup and I'd be in heaven.
