Sweet Ali's Vegan Chocolate Chunk Cookie:

Everyone’s classic chocolate chip cookie to share, or not! Made from scratch using the finest ingredients, and there are no additives or preservatives. Certified Gluten Free.

Ingredients: Sweet Ali’s Flour Mix (brown rice flour, potato starch, white rice flour, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour, xanthan gum), butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla extract), brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sea salt, baking soda. Contains: dairy and eggs

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Remove lid from frozen Wellington and place on the middle oven rack, and bake for 50-75 minutes.
  • Your Wellington is ready once golden brown on top and an internal temperature of 165 is reached.
  • Take out and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Warm mushroom gravy on stove top at low heat, and serve with Wellington.
