Never received my full order
I ordered Perfect Pasta Gluten Free Ravioli with sauces, Death by Chocolate Cake and 2 gluten free pizzas. First I received only 2 pizzas so I called, was put on hold for 30 minutes then told to leave my number for next in line call back. They called back 3 hours later when I couldn't answer the phone. So the next day I repeated the exact same scenario. Since I couldn't talk with anyone, I emailed them with the concern. They said they would send out the rest of the order right away. Again I only received 2 pizzas and nothing else. I sent another email explaining the issue and also since it had been so long I was no longer at home but away for the holidays, that I no longer needed the rest of the order. Would they please just refund me for my incomplete order. Since then the only thing I have received is this request for a review. I will try calling again today and if I don't hear from them will have to have my credit card dispute the overcharge for what I have received versus what I have ordered. Also, I did not want 4 pizzas - I wanted only what I ordered.
