Boil sauce in 2 quarts of water for 10 minutes.

    As good as Lou's can be

    The best pizza in Chicago - or anywhere else - travels well and tastes as good as a pizza in Lou's restaurant. We've ordered the pizzas many times and never been disappointed. The pastas and sauces were a new experience and they were delicious.
