Delivery and customer service issues
I’m rating this low because we ordered this on a Monday with expected delivery on the following Friday. When it had not arrived, I called customer service and they stated that because the cheesecake was on back order our entire food order had not shipped. We had intended to serve the food at a party over the weekend. We were never notified of the delay from the back order. So, customer service cancelled the order for us and refunded the money to us. Then, the food shipped 4 days later and we were billed again. There is no way to ship it back without finding dry ice somehow (impossible where I live). Very disappointed in the customer service this time around, usually they are much better than this.
