    My sister's family loves Garrett!

    No Birthday greeting as requested

    Didn't include the requested Birthday greeting. My niece didn't know who it was from. Extremely poor customer service. Inexcusable.

    The pizza quality was less

    The pizza quality was less than the past order. It was much thinner and arrive broken in three pieces.

    Again another year of not

    Again another year of not sending the “message” and who it was from. I complete those two sections when placing my order, but the receiver never gets any info. Second time this has happened

    Lou Malnati pizza still the best.

    Great pizza as usual. However, the Garrett popcorn is packaged in a small tin. We were expecting a large tin, like the old days.

    Had to move to Louisville,KY from Arlington Hts. IL. I use to pick up a pizza most Fridays after a long week of teaching. I miss Lou so much! Nothing like it here!!!!!
