    Great Company, Great Experiance

    It almost goes without saying that Lou Malnati's pizza is amazing, but the customer service I experienced with my order was just as great! I sent the pizzas to my sister in Virginia & she was out of town on the scheduled delivery date, but had asked her neighbors to bring the package in & put it in the freezer. The neighbors dropped the ball & due to the 70 degree temps the package had to be thrown away. :( My sister was so disappointed, but wasn't sure what to do since she felt it was her fault the pizza's were ruined. The customer service was great at Tastes of Chicago, however & sent her out new pizzas! It's one thing when a company makes things right when they mess up, but it's a really great company that makes it right when they didn't do anything at all wrong! Thanks for making my Christmas gift to my sister a success!
