    Terrible value

    Your charges for Garrett’s were ridiculous. For the same product/size, I purchased for 25 percent of your charge. Misleading for sure.

    No gift card/note included for Xmas presents

    I sent 4 popcorn tins for Xmas this year and none of them came with a note of who the gift was from even though one was to be included. When I called customer service about it they were just like “oh well sorry” and took no accountability or acknowledged the errors.

    Misleading

    Given the price and the pic it seemed like it should be a bigger drum of popcorn. Not worth the 60 charge. And too small for a gift for a family
